IECC (Intercultural E-Mail Classroom Connections) is a free service to help teachers link
with partners in other countries and cultures for e-mail classroom pen-pal and project exchanges.
Since its creation in 1992, IECC has distributed over 28,000 requests for e-mail partnerships. At last count, more than 7650 teachers in 82 countries were participating in one or more of the IECC lists

Would you like to start an email mailing list? This is as easy as abc. Just visit the site.
All you have to do is give some basic information, as your e-mail, address of the group, group name, the password, short description, maybe initial members.
And that's it!
You can use the emailing list for your educational purposes: in your school/university, city district, etc. Or you may start a cooperation project between students of different schools.
